How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order feel free to give us a call on (03) 8316 1056 or email us at customerservice@masterspetgrooming.com.au 

before your order is shipped.

I have been charged the wrong price

If you believe you have been charged the wrong amount please contact us to cancel/refund the order.

How much for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders over $120 otherwise a standard shipping fee will be applied based on weight starting at $7.50 on orders under 500g.

Where do we deliver?

As we use Auspost for shipping, orders can be delivered to your doorstep/p.o box in Australia.

Express post delivery

Express post is offered in metro regions which will take roughly 2-5 business days. While regional areas may take  7+ days.

Coupons and Discount codes

Coupons and Discounts must be used prior to ordering and can not be applied to orders that have already begun being processed or already discounted.

Do I need an account to order?

An account is not necessary to make an order but useful for storing your details for faster and easier purchases.

Returns & Refunds

If you require a refund or want/need to return a product please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Can I have an order delivered to another address?

Yes just make sure to change the delivery address/Name of recipient to avoid confusion.

Ordered wrong flavour

If the product you've selected has left the warehouse it may not be possible to process the return for the correct product until we have received either the original product back in the warehouse or a second payment, then the refund can be processed. 

What are "the boys favourites"?

"The Boys favourites" are  the preferred treats of Nick and Tim's boy's Kodi, Ollie, Hugo and Lockie.  

Why are certain products endorsed?

The products labeled as "MPG Endorsed" are the products we at The Boys Pet shop  trust and use personally.
