To return products please contact Customerservice@MasterspetGrooming.com.au with any additional information on the faulty product/s as well as proof of purchase. (Online receipt, tax invoice, etc.)

Goods may be returned/refunded if the following criteria is met.

-Product is not of acceptable quality/safe.

-Product does not work as described.

-Product is significantly different from description.

-Product has a problem that would have prevented you from purchasing.

-Product has not been used/damaged/opened.

A replacement/refund will not be guaranteed under the following criteria.

-Change of mind (if you have decided you no longer want the product after purchase.

-If the product has been used incorrectly leading to deformation/damage.

-If you have purchased a product specifically labelled as damaged or missing pieces.

-If product was purchased from a second hand private seller.

-If you have ignored advice/instructions from seller on how to use product.

-Product has been opened/used.

If returning an item a 20% restocking fee may be used.

A $10 auspost delivery fee maybe incurred if product is returned to sender.

 

Any additional shipping costs will be incurred by customer.

 

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund if product arrives in unacceptable conditions/damaged.
